I am struck by the significance of my roots and the path I've chosen. As a member of a tribal community, I have always been deeply connected to the cultural and social aspects of my people. This connection fuelled my passion for anthropology, leading me to earn an MSc in the field. Now, as I pursue a PhD at Gangadhar Meher University, Sambalpur, I am committed to deepening my understanding and contributing to meaningful change, particularly in the areas to which I belong. This journey is not just academic for me—it's a continuation of my commitment to using knowledge to uplift and empower my people.
