Ms. Aruna Sharma working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Commerce, Gangadhar Meher University. A young and dynamic researcher, she is known for her innovation, dedication, perseverance, and smart approach to work. She has contributed as a minor research assistant in two significant projects, one funded by the World Bank and the other supported by the Odisha State Higher Education Council under the OURIIP Seed Fund.  She has a strong academic background and has published numerous articles in different journals. Additionally, she is the author of one book and has served as the editor of another, showcasing her expertise and commitment to advancing knowledge in her field. Her achievements reflect her passion for research and teaching, making her a valuable asset to her institution and the academic community. With her strong work ethic and creative skills, she continues to make significant contributions to academia and research.
