Dr. Rupashree Brahma Kumari is presently working as an Asst. Professor (Psychology) at Gangadhar Meher University, Sambalpur, Odisha, India. She has obtained her degrees of M. A from Ravenshaw University, M.Phil. from Utkal University, and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar in Psychology. She has 4 years of experience in teaching and research. She has many research publications in various refereed international journals and Scopus Indexed Journals. She has also presented many papers at various National and International Conferences. Her areas of interest include Cognitive Psychology, Research Methodology, Statistics, Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science. Dr. Rupashree Brahma Kumari has actively presented her research at various international conferences. Her presentations often focus on cognitive psychology, particularly bilingualism and its effects on cognitive processes. For instance, she has explored topics like visual word recognition among bilingual groups in Odisha, investigating how emotional and neutral words are processed differently by individuals who speak multiple languages​. Her contributions to conferences also include her work on the CASPER Intervention Model, designed to enhance social skills in children with dyslexia, which showcases her interdisciplinary approach to psychology and education.​
