Grievance Management at the institutional level is a critical part of both management administration and administrative management. Grievances of students, staff and all the stake holders must be redressed in a time bound manner to achieve the goal in inclusive expansion of Higher Education through peaceful co-existence and team based work culture. The G.M. University has constituted it own Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) to address all aspects of grievances received or perceived from its serving constituency. The cell has been constituted with an aim to prompt disposal of day to day grievance of the students.
