Mr. Sadhujan Bankira has been a member of the School of Education, Gangadhar Meher University since 2020. Prior to joining this institution, he served as a faculty member in the Education department in Government College, Sundargarh from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Bankira has qualified for UGC NET(JRF) in the year 2020. His research interests encompasses a wide range of topics including emotional intelligence, parental involvement, mathematics anxiety, ICT competency, digital pedagogy and technostress in classroom teaching- learning process in the subject the of education.
